We offer two contract tiers depending on the scope of your requirements. Both include built-in real-time alert systems (mobile alerts) that notify your team the moment something needs attention, whether it is a CCTV fault, a cooling deviation in your data center, or an FM200 trigger.

What systems does your AMC cover?
What is the difference between comprehensive and non-comprehensive?
Comprehensive includes parts, labour and emergency callouts in a single fixed cost. Non-comprehensive covers labour and scheduled maintenance only, with parts quoted separately when required.
How quickly do you respond to faults?
For comprehensive AMC clients, our target emergency response time is within 4 hours for Dubai and Abu Dhabi. For other Emirates, within 8 hours. Scheduled visits are agreed at contract signing.
Do you provide reports after each visit?
Yes. Every maintenance visit includes a written service report covering work carried out, system status, and any recommendations for the facility manager or IT team.
